Where orders are delivered

Our delivery market is Australia. Supported domestic addresses receive free Standard Shipping; international delivery is not offered.

Order preparation and transport

Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing, followed by an estimated 4–6 working days in transit after dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking, changes and delivery problems

When a carrier supplies tracking, the reference is sent after dispatch. Ask for an address correction or cancellation promptly at support@coastalgrocer.shop; a change may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcel, send the order and tracking details to support@coastalgrocer.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required by the applicable law. Domestic orders do not attract import duties from this store.
